WELCOME

The 3,002-acre Beltzville State Park is in the southern foothills of the Poconos. Pohopoco Creek, an excellent trout stream, feeds the 949-acre Beltzville Lake, which is a rest stop for migrating waterfowl and is a destination for boaters and anglers. The sand beach and picnic pavilions are very popular.

The Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) is now issuing passports—an easy and fun way to visit Pennsylvania’s state parks and forests. The new Pennsylvania State Parks and State Forests Passport was developed with a grant from Chesapeake Energy.

Get your Passport and help the Friends of Beltzville SP for $10.60 at the Park Office.  Or email info@fobsp.org to find out how to get yours.

FOBSP's POLLINATOR GARDEN

The third week in April was very busy and exciting for Friends of Beltzville State park. Early in April members decided to create a new, more manageable pollinator garden instead of attempting to resurrect the previous, much larger butterfly garden.  Click Here for More Info
